Travis Colby has been playing music professionally for many years, touring and recording with Grammy nominated artists Luther “Guitar Junior” Johnson and Roomful of Blues out of New England. He also had an original song, “Strut” appear on an episode of True Blood, on HBO
Colby brings the energy and inspiration of the artists he has performed with to his own musical act. He plays often around the Hampton Roads, Virginia area as a solo act, on piano and vocals. He specializes on creating ambience and energy in restaurants, vineyards, and lounges.
He also has his own group, the Travis Colby Band, in which he plays guitar and keyboards. It is a high energy blues. funk, and R&B ensemble that caters to clubs, breweries, and festivals. Colby has released three albums of original music with the TCB, available at shows, and on his website.
